Scout helps you spend your attention on learning instead of managing the material around it.

What to ask

These are examples, not promises of a particular answer:
  • “What do I already have on product discovery?”
  • “Compare how these two articles approach customer interviews.”
  • “Put these resources in my Product discovery collection.”
  • “Find a recent podcast episode about pricing research.”
Scout can search your Library, read resources and notes, assess what’s in them, and look for material on the web. It can create and edit manual collections, file resources, and manage publication follows when you ask. You can also ask Scout to help with your Inbox. Name what you want kept or dismissed. Scout acts on your choices rather than deciding that a promising arrival belongs in your Library.

Scout’s report on a resource

Scout’s written report helps you understand what the resource offers and how it relates to your Focus Areas. It orients you to something you’ve already chosen to keep. You can ask Scout to take another look or retry a failed processing step. Starting that work doesn’t mean it has finished. The resource page shows its progress.
