Aim for one useful result this week: a clearer explanation, a better attempt, or something you can reuse. You don’t need a full Library to get there.

Name what you’re working toward

Pick something you want to get better at. “Give clearer feedback” is enough to start. Add why it matters now: perhaps you keep leaving a conversation unsure whether your point landed. That direction can become one of your Focus Areas. Steward can help you put it into words. You can also begin with a resource or a question and define the direction later.

Bring one meaningful resource

Choose something you’ve already decided is worth your attention: a chapter, article, podcast episode, workshop, or set of notes. Scout can help you see what’s in it and how it connects to your interests. A short resource you want to use is enough. There’s no benefit to filling the Library before you know what you want from it.

Do something with an idea

Choose the move that helps now:
  • Ask Coach to help you explain the idea in your own words.
  • Ask Coach for a practice rep tied to a situation you describe.
  • Ask Maker to turn a useful method into a prompt you can reuse in your AI tool.
These are options, not a checklist. Understanding may be the whole job for today.

Notice what changed

Can you explain a distinction you couldn’t explain before? Did a practice attempt expose the part that needs work? Did a prompt help you ask better questions? Those are useful early results. Finishing a resource or filling a page isn’t the only way to tell whether the effort helped. If you try something outside Bettership, you can bring the result back to Coach. A debrief is available when it helps, never a requirement before you move on. Next: Add a resource
